Surveys
Colorado municipalities and counties were surveyed in April 2019 to help the CRO build a Resilience and Community Recovery Program poised to support communities in addressing their vulnerabilities and risks. For more information see Resilience Planning in Colorado’s Local Governments: A Baseline Planning Survey and Two-page Survey Summary Report.

The CRO offers trainings, workshops, webinars, and events to help Colorado communities build capacity, with Camp Resilience being the primary one-day, in-person workshop focused on equipping community leaders to adapt to change and plan for the future.
Resilience involves proactively preparing for and adapting to future uncertainties, and the CRO provides resources and support to help Colorado communities integrate resilience into their local planning processes.
The CRO collaborates with State agencies and local governments to integrate resilience into their work by offering funding, tools, and best practices for communities to enhance their own resilience efforts.
The CRO fosters a network of resilience leaders across Colorado through peer exchanges, continuing discussions from Camp Resilience and engaging local government leaders and partners advancing resilience efforts.
